Ingredients:

• Spinach – half a bunch
• eggs – 2
• 2 tsp – White flour (Maida)

Method:

  1. Blanch spinach in hot water.
  2. Blend semi-cooked spinach in blender. Do not puree.
  3. Add eggs into the spinach, add all-purpose flour and salt to taste.
  4. Heat oil in pan and pour the egg mix.
