Ingredients:
• 4 slices of brown bread
• 100g – fresh Paneer (mashed)
• 3-4 Lettuce leaves (chopped)
• 1/2 Carrot (grated)
• 1/4 cup – steamed sprouts
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds (toasted)
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper (freshly ground) to taste
• 1 Apple (sliced)
Method:
- Combine paneer, lettuce, carrot, sprouts, salt, pepper, sesame and lemon juice.
- Toast the brown bread slices and spread sliced apple on the bread.
- Top with filling and then top with the remaining bread or serve as open sandwiches.
