Ingredients:

• 4 slices of brown bread
• 100g – fresh Paneer (mashed)
• 3-4 Lettuce leaves (chopped)
• 1/2 Carrot (grated)
• 1/4 cup – steamed sprouts
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds (toasted)
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper (freshly ground) to taste
• 1 Apple (sliced)

Method:

  1. Combine paneer, lettuce, carrot, sprouts, salt, pepper, sesame and lemon juice.
  2. Toast the brown bread slices and spread sliced apple on the bread.
  3. Top with filling and then top with the remaining bread or serve as open sandwiches.
