Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Sprouted green grams
• 1/2 cup – Spinach (chopped)
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• Few Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Grind the sprouted green gram without water or sprinkle some water to turn as a smooth paste.
  2. Add the finely chopped spinach, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, crushed fennel seeds, grated ginger and few curry leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
  3. Heat oil for Deep frying, take a small ball from the prepared batter and drop gently to the hot oil. Fry the pakodas in small batches and drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
  4. Serve hot with sweet chilly sauce or tomato ketchup.
