Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Sprouted green grams
• 1/2 cup – Spinach (chopped)
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• Few Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Grind the sprouted green gram without water or sprinkle some water to turn as a smooth paste.
- Add the finely chopped spinach, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, crushed fennel seeds, grated ginger and few curry leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
- Heat oil for Deep frying, take a small ball from the prepared batter and drop gently to the hot oil. Fry the pakodas in small batches and drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
- Serve hot with sweet chilly sauce or tomato ketchup.
