Ingredients:

• 300 g – fresh Pineapple pieces, chopped.
• 1 tbsp – china grass.
• 1 tbsp – honey.
• 250 ml – water.
• 350 ml – skimmed milk.
• 1 to 2 tbsp – Almond flakes.

Method:

  1. In a pan, take water and add pineapple pieces. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 20 mins.
  2. Cook till it becomes soft.
  3. Blend the mixture to a smooth paste.
  4. Pour it into a pan and add China grass and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  6. When lukewarm, add honey and milk and mix well lightly.
  7. Pour into individual glass pudding bowls, sprinkle almond flakes over it and chill it.
  8. Serve chilled.
