Ingredients:

• 2 cup – mixed veggies like, carrots, spinach, zucchini, Broccoli florets eggplants, potatoes, cabbage, onions, French beans chopped everything as small chunks
• 2 cups – besan flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 5 – Curry leaves
• Salt
• 1tsp – fennel seeds, crushed
• Oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl mix all the vegetables, besan flour, rice flour, baking powder, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds and salt by sprinkling some water.
  2. Heat oil and Deep Fried the mixed vegetables.
