Ingredients:
• 2 cup – mixed veggies like, carrots, spinach, zucchini, Broccoli florets eggplants, potatoes, cabbage, onions, French beans chopped everything as small chunks
• 2 cups – besan flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 5 – Curry leaves
• Salt
• 1tsp – fennel seeds, crushed
• Oil
Method:
- In a large bowl mix all the vegetables, besan flour, rice flour, baking powder, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds and salt by sprinkling some water.
- Heat oil and Deep Fried the mixed vegetables.
