
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sprouted green gram
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• salt to taste
• coriander to garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
- Once mustard splutters, add dal, chillies, tomato and fry well.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Add in the sprouted green grams.
- Mix well with cooked rice, garnish with coriander and serve.
