Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – soft Jaggery
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• pinch – salt.

Method:

  1. Mix the coconut and jaggery together.
  2. Make a dough with the rice flour and little water.
  3. Make small balls with the dough.
  4. Flatten a ball, place a little of the coconut and jaggery mixture in the middle of each ball of dough. Then cover with the dough around it so as to form a ball.
  5. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes in a steamer.
  6. Serve either hot or cold.
