went to Nasik n while returning brought a bascket full of strawberries ..
finally made jam n strawberry ice cream too
for temparory jam
400 grams strawberry washed and cut into small pieces
300 grams sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

blend pieces of strawberries n make puree.. in a wok add this puree along with sugar and cook till it thickens. add lemon juice .. cook for few mins more… let it cool n it’s read
