Ingredients:

• 250 gs -fresh strawberries
• 1 litre – fresh Milk
• Sugar
• Strawberry ice Cream

Method:

1. Wash the strawberry and chop it finely.
2. In a blender put the strawberries, sugar and a cup of milk.
3. Blend it to a smooth paste.
4. Add the rest of the milk and blend it once again.
5. Strain it with a mesh into a large jar. Let this cool at least 2 hours.
6. Serve it in tall glasses with a scoop of strawberry icecream.
