Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – Strawberry crush
• 1 – Orange
• 4 cups – soya milk, chilled
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• 4 scoops – vanilla ice Cream
• 6 tbsp – Orange squash
• 2 cups – crushed ice

Method:

  1. Peel and remove pith from orange segments. Peel off outer covering and separate the flakes. Place in the refrigerator to chill for ten minutes.
  2. Blend well strawberry crush, soya milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream and orange squash in a blender.
  3. Take four tall glasses.
  4. Place crushed ice in each glass.
  5. Pour the strawberry-soya shake.
  6. Sprinkle with orange flakes and serve immediately.
