Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp – Strawberry crush
• 1 – Orange
• 4 cups – soya milk, chilled
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• 4 scoops – vanilla ice Cream
• 6 tbsp – Orange squash
• 2 cups – crushed ice
Method:
- Peel and remove pith from orange segments. Peel off outer covering and separate the flakes. Place in the refrigerator to chill for ten minutes.
- Blend well strawberry crush, soya milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream and orange squash in a blender.
- Take four tall glasses.
- Place crushed ice in each glass.
- Pour the strawberry-soya shake.
- Sprinkle with orange flakes and serve immediately.
