
Ingredients:
• 2 – bell pepper
• 2 – medium Potatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• few Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – salt
• vegetable oil
Method:
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaf and green chilly.
- Heat some oil, crackle mustard and cumin seeds.
- Then add chopped onions, green chilli, and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Add the mashed potatoes and all the spices. Fry it for another 2-3 mins.
- Put chopped tomato, coriander leaves, and mix it properly.
- Meanwhile, slice the top off the bell pepper and scoop out the seeds.
- Stuff with the potato masala and grease the outside with some oil.
- Bake it for 15-20 mins at 400 degree F. Serve hot.
