Ingredients:

• 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
• For Filling:
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 tbsp – processed cheese
• salt to taste
• For the Marinade:
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 3 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – dry Fenugreek leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean, wash and dry the chicken drumsticks.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for filling, in a bowl.
  3. Make a cavity in the flesh of the drumsticks and stuff with the filling.
  4. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  5. Wrap drumsticks individually in an aluminium foil and cook over hot charcoal.
  6. When almost done, remove from foil and cook on the tandoor, basting occasionally with butter.
  7. Serve with mint chutney, lemon wedges and naan roti.
