Ingredients:
• 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
• For Filling:
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 tbsp – processed cheese
• salt to taste
• For the Marinade:
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 3 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – dry Fenugreek leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Clean, wash and dry the chicken drumsticks.
- Mix all the ingredients for filling, in a bowl.
- Make a cavity in the flesh of the drumsticks and stuff with the filling.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours.
- Wrap drumsticks individually in an aluminium foil and cook over hot charcoal.
- When almost done, remove from foil and cook on the tandoor, basting occasionally with butter.
- Serve with mint chutney, lemon wedges and naan roti.
