Ingredients:
• 6 large Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 2-3 small Carrots
• 5-6 tbsp – mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
• For garnishing:
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• A few Onion rings
Method:
- Chop carrots and boil them.
- Scoop the inside of tomatoes.
- Mix mayonnaise, boiled peas, carrots, cottage cheese, salt and pepper together.
- Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
- Lay the salad neatly on a flat dish.
- Garnish with the coriander leaves and onion rings.
