Ingredients:

• 6 large Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 1/2 cup – boiled peas
• 2-3 small Carrots
• 5-6 tbsp – mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
• For garnishing:
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• A few Onion rings

Method:

  1. Chop carrots and boil them.
  2. Scoop the inside of tomatoes.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, boiled peas, carrots, cottage cheese, salt and pepper together.
  4. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
  5. Lay the salad neatly on a flat dish.
  6. Garnish with the coriander leaves and onion rings.
