Ingredients:

• Split Urad Dal – 2 cups
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Some Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Roast urad dal till light brown in a pan and keep it aside.
  2. Powder the sugar and urad dal separately.
  3. Mix these two with the cardamom powder and make lemon-sized laddoos using sufficient amount of ghee.
