Ingredients:

• 1 cup – good quality mango, peeled and cubed
• 2 cups – musk melon, peeled and cubed
• 1 cup – banana, peeled and cubed
• 1 cup – pineapple, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 cup – Sugar free Orange marmalade
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Melt marmalade with water over a low flame. Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare all the fruits and mix together.
  3. Toss with the chilled marmalade sauce.
  4. Serve chilled.
