
Ingredients:
• 1 – seer fish
• 6 flakes – Garlic
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – medium chillies
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 Lemon size – Tamarind
• 2 – medium chillies
• 1 – Coconut
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1-inch piece – Ginger
• A few – Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste
• A little – Vinegar
• 3 – Onions
Method:
- Wash, cut and clean the seer fish.
- Grind garlic, ginger, turmeric and tamarind and set aside
- Chop chillies, onions, tomatoes, ginger and coriander leaves.
- Grind coconut and extract 1st and 2 and milk.
- Warm ghee in a pot and fry sliced onions, then add the 2 and coconut milk, ground and sliced masala.
- When the onion turns soft put the fish, after five minutes add the thick coconut juice, salt and vinegar to taste.
- Boil for five more minutes and remove from fire.
