
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 spoons – Sugar
• 1 tsp – dalda or Ghee
• oil to fry
Method:
- Take a bowl and add maida salt sugar and also veg fat and mix nicely. Then add sufficient water and mix like a chapatti dough. Leave for 10 mins. Then make it 2 or 3 pieces and then roll it with a roller as thin and as big as you can.
- You have to do the same with the remaining dough also. Take a vegetable knife and cut the chapatti into small diamonds shape.
- Then fry them in hot oil on a medium flame.
- When they are cool they can be taken in a container.
