Ingredients:

• 1 – Chicken
• 1 – Onion (paste)
• 2 to 3 – Tomato (paste)
• 100 g – Curd
• 2 – Potatoes (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp – red tandoor colour
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tbsp – tandoori masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with curd, red tandoor colour, turmeric powder, salt, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder and lemon juice.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
  3. Then add onion paste and fry till it turns transparent.
  4. Add a little red chilli powder, tandoor masala and saute for sometime.
  5. Add tomato paste and cook it till oil separates.
  6. Add marinated chicken and cook till half done.
  7. Add potatoes and cook till done.
