Ingredients:
• 1 – Chicken
• 1 – Onion (paste)
• 2 to 3 – Tomato (paste)
• 100 g – Curd
• 2 – Potatoes (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp – red tandoor colour
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tbsp – tandoori masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with curd, red tandoor colour, turmeric powder, salt, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder and lemon juice.
- Heat oil in a pan and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
- Then add onion paste and fry till it turns transparent.
- Add a little red chilli powder, tandoor masala and saute for sometime.
- Add tomato paste and cook it till oil separates.
- Add marinated chicken and cook till half done.
- Add potatoes and cook till done.
