Fresh and creamy Thai dessert
4 tablespoon cornflour
5 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoon cream or milk
2 teaspoon rose essence
1 cup chopped mixed fruits (pineapple, strawberry, papaya, oranges, etc)
1. Dissolve cornflour in water and keep it on high heat.
2. Mix sugar, coconut milk, cream or milk and boil until it thickens.
3. Once thick, add rose essence and remove from heat.
4. Allow it to cool. Once cold enough add fresh fruits and serve chilled.
