Ingredients:

• Finely sliced Onion – 1 cup | Finely chopped Tomato – 1 cup
• Curd – 1 cup
• A pinch of Sugar
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1 tsp | Salt to Taste
• Oil – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (onion, tomato, curd and salt).
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds.
  3. When it splutters, add the curry leaves and pour this on the raitha.
  4. This raitha goes well for biryanis and pulaos.
