Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – yellow mung beans
• 1/4 – cup – chickpea, soaked overnight
• 2 cups – raw papaya, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, slit opened
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds + black gram
• 2 – dry Red Chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Few Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
• To roast and grind:
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 3 tbsp – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Flax seeds
• 2 tbsp – rolled oats
