Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer (cream cheese)
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 3 – Green chillies (sliced)
• 1 1/2 tsp – salt
• 250 g – tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – pepper

Method:

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and fry. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
  4. Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
  5. Add the fried paneer, cover and cook for 2 mins on a slow fire.
  6. Add the tomatoes the remaining salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook slowly for 10 mins.
  8. Shake the pan every now and then while cooking.
