
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – fox nuts
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – dry Mango powder
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
Method:
- Take a kadhai, heat oil over a medium flame, add asafoetida and then put in salt and red chilli powder. Stir for few seconds.
- Now toss in the makhanas to it, lower the flame and keep stirring it well.
- After that add rest of the dry spices to it and on low flame keep roasting them.
- Keep tossing them on low flame for 7 – 10 minutes to make them crisp and crunchy. Remove from flame and cool. Serve
