Ingredients:

• 2 cups – fox nuts
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – dry Mango powder
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper

Method:

  1. Take a kadhai, heat oil over a medium flame, add asafoetida and then put in salt and red chilli powder. Stir for few seconds.
  2. Now toss in the makhanas to it, lower the flame and keep stirring it well.
  3. After that add rest of the dry spices to it and on low flame keep roasting them.
  4. Keep tossing them on low flame for 7 – 10 minutes to make them crisp and crunchy. Remove from flame and cool. Serve
