Ingredients:

• Maida – 1/2 kg
• Curd – 4 tbsp
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Egg – 1
• Some white sesame seeds – for garnish

Method:

  1. Sieve maida and baking powder.
  2. Add curds, oil, pepper powder and knead it with warm water. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  3. Divide into equal portions and roll using a rolling pin into oval shapes.
  4. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it and cook naans on a tawa.
  5. Pour a little oil on both sides. Serve.
