Ingredients:

• 500 grams – boneless Chicken
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Butter or Ghee

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken well.
  2. Mix together the ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt, vinegar, all spice powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture for 10 mins.
  4. Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till nearly done.
  5. Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking tray and brush with butter.
  6. Grill in a moderate oven till brown for 30 mins.
  7. Serve hot with chips and onion rings.
