
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 100 g – Sugar
• 2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 50 g – Corn flour
Method:
- Mix the corn flour with 1/2 cup of milk and vanilla essence to a smooth paste.
- Boil the remaining milk with sugar.
- Mix in the corn flour paste and cook till the mixture thickens, stirring all the time.
- Pour out into a dampened jelly mould and leave to set in a refrigerator.
- When required, dip the bottom of the mould in hot water, then turn out on plate.
- Serve plain or with fresh fruit or jelly.
