
Ingredients:
• 300 g – Flour
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 2 – Beaten eggs
• 250 g – Butter
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Vanilla essence
Method:
- Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder together.
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs, essence and milk.
- Add to the flour and mix together to from a stiff rocky mixture.
- Drop a little, at intervals on a greased baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
