Ingredients:

• 100 ml -milk
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 4 slices – bread
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tsp – Ghee or Butter
• A few drops of Vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
  2. Put in sugar, salt, vanilla essence and milk. Beat the mixture till sugar dissolves.
  3. Soak slices of bread in the mixture for a minute.
  4. Heat a pan over low flame and melt butter in it.
  5. Fry the slices of bread on the tawa till both sides are brown.
  6. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
