
Ingredients:
• 100 ml -milk
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 4 slices – bread
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tsp – Ghee or Butter
• A few drops of Vanilla essence
Method:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
- Put in sugar, salt, vanilla essence and milk. Beat the mixture till sugar dissolves.
- Soak slices of bread in the mixture for a minute.
- Heat a pan over low flame and melt butter in it.
- Fry the slices of bread on the tawa till both sides are brown.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee.
