Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Coconut milk, thin
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tsp – rose syrup
• 1 tsp – rose water
• A few – chopped nuts

Method:

  1. Wash the rice and cook along with 2 cups of thin coconut milk, water and sugar up to 3 whistles.
  2. Once the steam is released, add the thick coconut milk, rose syrup and rose water, bring them to boil and turn off the stove
  3. Serve chilled topped with finely chopped nuts
