Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Coconut milk, thin
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tsp – rose syrup
• 1 tsp – rose water
• A few – chopped nuts
Method:
- Wash the rice and cook along with 2 cups of thin coconut milk, water and sugar up to 3 whistles.
- Once the steam is released, add the thick coconut milk, rose syrup and rose water, bring them to boil and turn off the stove
- Serve chilled topped with finely chopped nuts
