Ingredients:
• 1 cup – finely sliced Cabbage
• 1 cup – finely sliced Carrot
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• a pinch of Asafoetida
• 1/4 cup – water
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of water to make the batter.
- Take spoonfuls of the mixture and deep-fry in oil.
