
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Maida flour
• 2 cups – Butter
• 2 tsp – salt
• oil for frying
• water
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• shredded Carrot
• finely chopped Cabbage
Method:
- Mix the maida flour and salt.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Add water and knead into a tight dough.
- Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Then make regular, thin puri shape and cut into 4 rectangle pieces.
- Deep fry this in oil.
- After taking it from the frying pan, first spread the shredded cheese.
- Then spread the shredded carrot and cabbage.
- Veggie biscuits are ready.
- Serve hot.
