Ingredients:
• 1-2 cups thick Curd (yogurt)
• 1/4 cup – Carrot finely grated
• 1/4 cup – Capsicum chopped fine
• 1/4 cup – Cabbage finely shredded
• 1/4 cup – Onion chopped fine
• 1/4 cup – grated cheese
• 1 small Green chilli chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a thick dip and allow to cool for 15 mins.
