
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Shredded Cabbage
• 1 cup – Finely chopped Carrots
• 1/4 cup – Finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 tbsp – Plain flour
• 1 tbsp – Chopped green Spring onions
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Corn starch
• 2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli sauce
• A pinch of Ajinomoto (MSG)
• 5 – Soup sticks
Method:
- Take all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
- Make sure you get a consistency of a soft dough to make 10 balls out of it.
- Cut the soup sticks into halves to make a total of 10 sticks.
- Take a portion of the mix and make a ball out of it.
- Insert one soup stick into it and reshape to make a lollipop.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and slide 3-4 lollipops at time.
- Deep Fried them till golden-brown and crispy outside.
- Take them out on a kitchen towel and cover the stick with a piece of aluminium foil.
- Serve hot.
