
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Flour/maida
• 1 tsp – Active Dry yeast
• 200 g – Chopped Walnut
• 1/2 litre -Curds or plain yogurt
• 2 – eggs beaten
• 300 g – Sugar
Method:
- Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water.
- Combine all the ingredients together and knead to a soft dough with the dissolved yeast and curds/plain yogurt.
- Use a little more water if required .
- Cover with a towel and set aside for 2 hours until the dough doubles in size.
- Punch the dough down and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 45 mins or until golden brown.
