Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Corn
• 1 tbsp – Chopped Tomato
• 1/2 tbsp – Chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp – Roasted cumin powder
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil corn in water with a pinch of salt for 6-7 mins.
  2. Drain excess water and put it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and lemon juice to it and toss well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
