Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – all purpose flour
• 1 cup – white Sugar
• 4 tbsp – unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp – cider Vinegar
• 6 tbsp – vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cocoa together into an 8 x 8 inch ungreased cake pan.
  3. Make three depressions.
  4. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into second, and vanilla into third.
  5. Pour water over all, and stir well with fork.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 mins, or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Frost with your favourite icing, cream cheese-whipped cream mix and top off with nuts, fruits, etc.
