Ingredients:
• 1 cup-Wheat Flour
• 1 & 1/2 cups-Sour Curd
• 1/2 tsp-Mustard
• 1/2 tsp-Channa Dal
• 1/2 tsp-Urad Dal
• 1-Green Chilli
• 2-Curd Chillies/Mor Milagai
• 1/2 tsp-Asafoetida
• 2 tbsp-Sesame Oil
• Salt-to taste
• 1 spring-Curry Leaves
Method:
- In a wide bowl add wheat flour, sour curd and salt.Mix well without forming lumps.
- In a kadai add sesame oil, mustard ,urad and channa dals.
- Once the mustard crackles and dals have turned golden brown add asafoetida, green chilli and curd chilli.
- Add curry leaves and the wheat flour batter.
- Cook well till it has a glossy finish. Make sure that it doesn’t stick to your fingers.
- Once cooked, you can relish as a wholesome dish and it tastes best along with any chutney.
