Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat rava
• 1 cup – brown Rice
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• salt
Method:
- Wash and soak the wheat rava and brown rice for 3 hours together.
- Soak the rolled oats for half an hour separately.
- Grind everything together into a coarse batter with enough salt.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread as a dosa.
- Cook on both the sides.
- Serve hot with any spicy chutney.
