
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Ragi idiyappam (broken)
• 1 cup – whole green moong dhal (soaked and cooked with a pinch of salt)
• 1/2 cup – Onion (chopped)
• 3 -red chilli or adjust to your taste
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Coconut (optional)
• Salt
• Curry Leaf
Method:
- In a pan, add oil. Pop mustard. Then add the red chillies. Fry for few seconds.
- Now, add the chopped onion. Fry till it turns to golden brown.
- Add the cooked whole green moong dhal. Mix well.
- Now, switch off the stove. Add the broken Idiyappam.
- Add salt and coconut. Mix completely.
- Garnish with curry leaf.
- Serve immediately or later.
