Ingredients:

• 2 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1/2cup – lukewarm water
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – paneer, crumbled
• 1/4 cup – Olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix the yeast, sugar and salt in lukewarm water and keep aside for 5 minutes until the yeast mixture turns foamy.
  2. Mix the whole wheat flour and crumbled paneer in a bowl.
  3. Slowly add the foamy yeast.
  4. Add the oil and more water if required, and knead into a soft dough.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover the bowl with a towel and keep in a warm place.
  6. Let it sit for an hour until it has doubled in volume.
  7. After an hour, punch down the dough and knead again.
  8. Make 6-8 medium sized balls from the dough and arrange one by one in greased moulds.
  9. Let them sit again for an hour in a warm place.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  11. Brush the breads with olive oil and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until the crust turns brown.
  12. Remove from the moulds and allow to cool.
  13. Serve with salads, soups or spreads.
