Ingredients:

• 100 g – Poha (wet)
• 1 cup – chapatti (crushed)
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup – crushed Peanuts
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 1 cup – Curry leaves
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 cup – bundi soltad (besan)
• 1 cup – besan sev
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – Curd
• chopped coriander
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

Method:

  1. Wash poha with water and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a big bowl, add all ingredients without oil and curd, and mix it and make cutlet in any shape.
  3. Shallow fry in a pan of oil.
