Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Idli Batter
• 2 cups – Zucchini, grated
• 1 tsp – Ginger, grated
• 2 – Green chillies
Method:
- Grind to a fine paste, the zucchini, ginger, and green chillies. Do not add water. The water from the zucchini is enough.
- Take the idly batter, add the ground paste to the idli batter and mix well.
- Grease the idli plates with oil, pour a ladle of zucchini-Idli batter and steam them in a pressure cooker or idli cooker for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the idli plates and serve hot with any chutney.
