Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Zucchini (chopped)
• 1 cup – Sprouted green grams
• 1 – Onions (big & chopped)
• 3 cups – Vegetable stock
• Salt
• Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Dry Parsley leaves
• Olive oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil in a pan, add the onions and saute until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the chopped zucchinis and sprouted green grams and saute everything for a few minutes.
  3. Next, add the vegetable stock, (and water if needed) salt to taste, dry parsley leaves, and pepper powder and bring everything to boil.
  4. Let it stew till the vegetables are well cooked.
  5. Serve warm with a sandwich.
