Ingredients:

• Almonds (roasted, chopped) – 1/2 cup
• Digestive Biscuits (crushed) – 1 cup
• Plain Chocolate – 175 gm
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 50 gm
• You can add some raisins, sultanas, and glace Cherries to the mixture

Method:

  1. Grease and line a square cake tin.
  2. Put the butter, chocolate and honey in a pan and heat gently until melted.
  3. Stir in the biscuits crumbs and almonds until thoroughly mixed, turn into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  4. Leave until set, then cut into fingers before serving.
