
Ingredients:
• Almonds (roasted, chopped) – 1/2 cup
• Digestive Biscuits (crushed) – 1 cup
• Plain Chocolate – 175 gm
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 50 gm
• You can add some raisins, sultanas, and glace Cherries to the mixture
Method:
- Grease and line a square cake tin.
- Put the butter, chocolate and honey in a pan and heat gently until melted.
- Stir in the biscuits crumbs and almonds until thoroughly mixed, turn into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
- Leave until set, then cut into fingers before serving.
