Ingredients:

• Almond – 8
• Milk – 500 ml
• Sugar free – 4 tbsp
• A little Saffron

Method:

  1. Soak the almonds a night before use.
  2. Peel and grind the almonds until they become liquid.
  3. Boil the milk, add sugarfree, saffron and almonds.
  4. Refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Serve chilled.
