
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish fillets
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• 1/8 tsp – crushed Garlic
• 1/8 tsp – crushed Ginger
• 2 tbsp-oil
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder.
Method:
- Cut fish into small pieces.
- Marinate with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour
- Arrange the fish pieces in a baking dish.
- Top with sliced capsicum, onion and tomatoes
- Layer it with chopped spring onion
- In a small vessel, mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and ginger
- Pour over fish and cover and bake for 20 min at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Uncover and bake for 10 minutes till fish flakes easily
- Serve.
