Ingredients:

• Fillets of perch – 400 g
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
• Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
• Mustard sauce – 1 tsp
• Onions – 1 medium sized, grated
• Capsicum – 1 medium sized, grated
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Mixed herbs – a pinch (standard form available – a combo of oregano, basil, Rosemary and Parsley leaves in dried condition)
• Ground black pepper – a pinch
• Oil – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into 3″ x 3″ pieces.
  2. Marinate it with the ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, mustard sauce, lemon juice, salt and 1 tsp oil for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the grated onions and capsicum, over it.
  4. Wrap the fish with the vegetables in an aluminium foil.
  5. Then put it in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
