Ingredients:

• ladies finger – 6-7
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• A cup of Curd
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard, allow to splutter.
  3. Add chopped ladies finger and fry.
  4. Add this to the curd with salt.
