2 cups chawali (soakd 5-6 hours)
1/2 inch piece ginger finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped or crushed
1 onion , 1 tomato (both finely chopped )
Cumin seeds, turmeric p, chilli pd, coriander pd, (cinnamon +black papper + clove in powdered form )salt n oil

How To Cook?

Soke d chawali for 4-5 hrs
In a pressure pan heat oil add cumin seeds , chopped onion… saute till d onion becomes translucent
Add crushed garlic, ginger all dry spices + tomato .. saute it.
Add drained chawali + salt
Add water n pressure cook till chawali becomes soft.
garnish it with coriander leaves n sev… Serve hot with puri/fulka/rice
