Ingredients:

• 6 fresh juicy corncobs
• 2 tbsp- Butter
• 1/2 tsp – dried herb of your choice (oregano, mint, etc.)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Trim the waste ends of the cobs.
  2. Wash under running water.
  3. Add enough salt to the butter and melt.
  4. Brush liberally with melted butter.
  5. Place in a wide bowl to fit either in a circle or side by side.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed herb over the cobs.
  7. Cover loosely and cook on high for 3- 3.5 minutes.
  8. Turn around once in between.
  9. Cover and stand for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with holders.
